This site shows what Sobo Motion makes and lets companies send a brief. Films marked "Example" are made for invented startups to show the work.

Privacy

The short version: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. What you send in the brief is used to answer you and nothing else.

The brief form

When you send a brief, we get what you typed: your name, email, company, product link, what you're building and anything else you add. It is received by our host, Netlify, and sent on as an email to our inbox, which runs on Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland). Both act as our processors. We use it to answer you and to talk about a possible project, which is a step before a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We delete it when the conversation is over, unless we work together; then we keep what tax and business law require us to keep.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA. To deliver the pages, its servers briefly process your IP address and technical request data (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our interest in running the site safely). Data sent to the USA is covered by the safeguards Netlify provides under EU data protection law.

Fonts and videos

Fonts and films are served from this site itself. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts, YouTube or other third parties.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit how we use it, get a copy, and object to its use. Email us. You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority, the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
